My mother has been suffering from chronic cough for a little over 1.5 yr. She has been taking lcz, montelukast, steam inhalation. Recently pns x ray showed mild maxillary sinusitis for which she is taking mometasone. Her PFT shows small airway disease. She is also experiencing post nasal drip. She has not been prescribed any MDI. What should be the next step as the cough is not reducing and bcz of that she has also been diagnosed with cystocele and rectocele grade 1

I m giving my 3 month old son below medicines for cough n cold as prescribed by dr. Nasoclear saline drops(giving from last 2 weeks) and azigood 100 and Ambrodil lx ( from last 3 days) He is having now watery eyes and whole night coughing The mucus seems to b liquid but he is not able to extract it out. How can i extract the mucus out of him

Hi doctor, My baby is 1 year and a month old . She had cough n cold .doctor has prescribed 'kofarest/cofstop-A/noxcold-CS/ultikof/LCF kid(5 ml/1.25mg) .2.5ml to be given 2 times. Medicine bought  from same hospital pharmacy. They have given Asta-4. I checked this only after coming home. My dilemma is is it safe to use this one for cough as it is not the mentioned one from among .kindly clarify . As it is baby's medicine ..have concern.

I have been coughing morning and evening for more than a month. It's a dry cough only. In 2019, my xray report showed likely Bronchatise and the doctor gave me 10 tabs of Unicontine-E and it got cured. The symptoms were same this time also so I bought these tablets again but after having 4 doses I stopped as I did not find it helpful and was not so sure about it. Also, I start sneezing in the morning, the nose runs and this stops once I take a bathe. This sneezing problem has developed for more than a year.

Hi dr I am taking serious precautions in consuming anything which could cause coughing. I feel no problem for 2 3 days...suddenly in a day i start coughing and it again last in a day or by next day...this cycle keeps on going..experiencing this problem since 3 months...have already taken all medicine course by a chest specialist even. Pl suggest what could be to the reason for the same...for past 2.5 months i have not taken anything chilled stuff or deep fried or pickle,etc items. My mother has taken 2 dose of vaccine on 5th may last one but from 13th may she was coughing in a mild way gradually it increases but after two days it was decreased to very mild normally on morning and evening, she also loses her smelling but after four days she got back her smelling sense. These are the two symptoms she found except these nothing happen, but till today her coughing was not cured, gale me thora khus khus hai, she was doing everything from day one like taking steam vapour, kadha and all the activities Is azithromycin 500 will suitable

Hello Dr. My 2 month old son is having cough and cold and we consulted with local dr and he advised to give steam 2 times a day. We are giving him steam since last 3 days but still cough and cold is there. We have taken appointment of dr for tomorrow but as today is holiday, need consultation if anything else we can do today to feel baby better. Please assist. Thanks in adv.

Sir My father had cough phlegm mostly occour in the evening, no fever at all.He also take ecospirin 75 mg and ramipril 2.5 for right bundle block in heart .(I repeat no fever and no covid symptom) So please suggest some good medecine for cough with phlegm that occour mostly in evening.In my village dr. give 1.augmenting 625 tablet 2.montulucast levocitrizin 3.pantop D . Is it right to give the these medecine or please suggest some other safe medecine.

Hello sir I have continuously cough and feel something stuck in my throat from last 2 hours. Approx Everyday I am going outside for buying something but I never contact or touch anybody. So I want to know how I get rid from cough and I also attached CT scan report. I want to know is it possible tuberculosis is remaining or relapse because I was diagnosed with extra pulmonary tuberculosis in 2018and   already taken treatment of TB In August 2018-19 September. Currently on the basis of CT scan doctor starts ATT . Is it right treatment.

I am 7 weeks 3 days pregnant, also feeling cough in my throat from 8-10 days without any mucus in my throat. Feeling choked and bad smell all the time. Dr. Recommended pan 40 but it is not making much effect. Being pregnant i can not take up my meals. Tried vomiting and a little cough came out. But after few minutes again my throat was full. Pls help with some medication. If I'll not take proper diet it may affect my pregnancy
