Phelgm cough in evening
Sir My father had cough phlegm mostly occour in the evening, no fever at all.He also take ecospirin 75 mg and ramipril 2.5 for right bundle block in heart .(I repeat no fever and no covid symptom) So please suggest some good medecine for cough with phlegm that occour mostly in evening.In my village dr. give 1.augmenting 625 tablet 2.montulucast levocitrizin 3.pantop D . Is it right to give the these medecine or please suggest some other safe medecine.

Hi noted above history and related concerns As you have not mentioned age and weight of diseased ?? And if he is RBBB needs further evaluation as few medication are to be avoided for respiratory illness!!
