Can i give hicope drops to my 3 month old baby for congestion and cough along with saline drop? My pediatrician advise me to give 5 drop 2 time for 3 days for nasal congestion.. is it safe for 3 month old... ?? please suggest

Urgent severe cough with throat irritation Mom's age: 59 I was having  medication for acidity, severe burping, IBS, dyspepsia, and severe flatulence. Over time the acidity and burping is to a much lesser extent but due to GERD and severe acid reflux I started developing cough. I also have allergic cold with occasional nose blockage and chest congestion. With these two issues I have been having persistent cough over 3 years. Initially for one year it was only while I ate the fir 1st morsel of food where I would feel choked. Later it has been consistent. It is very severe in the night. I have cervical spondylitis. I do not take a pillow but lately have started using a soft pillow. It is dry, continuous cough day and night and persistent, leaving my stomach and back hurting and come up to throat and giving irritation Attached is X-ray report. Plz help. My 10 month baby girl have a fiver from last night and her voice also changed .today she vomit so much and her vomit is sticky . While having milk it's feel like something is in her throat like cough . She breathe normally so what do I do Doctor give me a Crocin and zyrtec drops

Before 6 weeks I had initially got a mild fever around 99 deg with dry throat. Then I recovered in 3 days, after that I had fever again which was high around 102 with whooping cough, went to hospital they have treated me with paracetamol through veins and fever slowly reduced after 3 days. Took xray, cbc blood test and crp. They said xray looked no significant observations and cbc is also normal. CRP rate was 23. They prescribed augmentin 625 for a week. Fever subsided but cough still continues. CRP and CT has been taken. They said it is also ok and diagnosed as post viral cough syndrome uacs. Now they prescribed ventolin powder inhaler and I started taking it. Cough is better but chest feels heavy. Plz find attached the reports and let me know your opinion

She is already taking levolin n budocart 3 puffs 1-0-1 and 3 puff of levolin in afternoon She is complaining sore throat also she is coughing bad. Please suggest something which can work quick for her
