Prescribed medication for cough
Hi doctor, My baby is 1 year and a month old . She had cough n cold .doctor has prescribed 'kofarest/cofstop-A/noxcold-CS/ultikof/LCF kid(5 ml/1.25mg) .2.5ml to be given 2 times. Medicine bought  from same hospital pharmacy. They have given Asta-4. I checked this only after coming home. My dilemma is is it safe to use this one for cough as it is not the mentioned one from among .kindly clarify . As it is baby's medicine ..have concern.

Yes. Asta 4 can be given in 1yr old child for cough
