My left knee used to make a little cracking sound for a while now after landing on it in improperly.(8 months ago) 2 days ago I've done 15 minutes leg exercise and it hurt, felt numb and swelled the next day. I've applied HemoClar cream and Volini spray it's slightly better and less swelling. I've seen a doctor after landing on it improperly and he said it's only roughness but it's not. I'm worried and would like to know whats wrong with it please help.

Today, when my mother got up from the bed and started walking, the area which is right beside and below her left knew srarted hurting, and therefore couldn't walk any further. I applied Volini on that area and she started feeling better. But in the evening the pain got a little worse and now she is NOT able to fold her left leg. What is it happening? PLEASE SUGGEST SOME HOME REMEDIES for the time being, because NO doctor is available in our area in Sunday evening. Please reply ASAP.

I have been suffering from pain in my lower right back for last 5-6 days. When i use volini it feels beyter. Had used 2 chlorozaxazone tablets but it did not work. It feels stiff. If i liedown onmy back it pains. But if i lie on my left hand side and curl my right knee towards the Chest it feels the pain goes away altogether..had used ice once..bad

Wen I bent down nd suddenly straightened my lower back , suddenly the muscles of the right buttocks started giving me lot of pain.. Max pain wen I change positions get up nd sit down ,while I walk and wen pressure is applied it's painful Volini spray gave me temporary relief only

I am selected for police constable and i must run 4 to 5 km daily. I was facing this shin muscle pain before my selection but after some rest from my regular practice its disappeared. From May 1 again i am jogging daily. From few days pains started and i am applying volini gel daily before I go to running. But my pain is not going. I need to run 5 km in 25 mins every 20 days and i want to get rid of these pains permanently.. what should I do?

Index finger joint injured one month back. Lot of pain then but no pain untill finger is moved or touched. Applying volini and using bandage. swelling has come down but still left on joint and not able to bend it becuse of that. No sign of crack otherwise could not have survived the pain. Had similar injuries before and recovered in 2 weeks. This time it's taking time. Is it because this time it's on joint?

Exactly 1 month back I was attacked with Right leg foot Sprain while playing Badminton. After a day my leg was swollen. Doctor advised to tie Crepe band and take Zerodol, Pand D 40 mg tablets and to apply Volini Gel. 1 week back pain was Ok. 2 days back I walked a lot which leads now paining a lot.

Hello Doctor, I have had history of lower back problems. With exercise it has been better though. But since almost a week I have been facing the issue of back pain again. And it is a shifting pain. Sometimes it is in the lower back just above the tail bone and it tends to shoot down the legs. Since 2 days the pain has been shifting towards upper back and towards the side as well almost to ribs. I have had voveran tablets and applied volini too but it seems to have little or temporary impact. Kindly advise.

Dr i am suffering from back pain from past 2 yrs. It was tolerable as i was doing excercises and was applying pain reliefs ointments like volini. i also consulted local doctor regarding this, He suggested for x-ray and the result was positive like he said there is no bone injury and to continue the excersises, but now the problem has become severe, i have lost hopes on doctors and thier treatment as consulting a physiotherapist also proved to be useless. So pls anyone provide me a solution

I have severe lower back pain since one month. I had been taking the medicine prescribed by my orthopaedic and then my pain was relieved week. But yesterday I bent down to pick something up and then suddenly got up then I felt sudden sprain in my lower back. I used Volini Spray and Moov Ointment but did not got much relief. Now i am not even being able to get up to visit my doctor. Please prescribe me any pain killer or any best and effective ointment which can relieve my pain for atleast a while so that I can visit to consult the doctor. Please consult me as soon as possible I am in very severe pain. Thanks A Lot.
