Shin pains
I am selected for police constable and i must run 4 to 5 km daily. I was facing this shin muscle pain before my selection but after some rest from my regular practice its disappeared. From May 1 again i am jogging daily. From few days pains started and i am applying volini gel daily before I go to running. But my pain is not going. I need to run 5 km in 25 mins every 20 days and i want to get rid of these pains permanently.. what should I do?

U can do icing for pain. Do warm up before jogging. And strenghten ur leg muscles. U can do this with theraband exercises.
