hello dear, its necessary to do some strengthening exercises to get your back strengthened.Because if its creating pain even on mild movement,it is weak for sure. You should avoid to indulge in any temporary relief i.e. pain killer medicines as they may harm your system as well as not a cure.
You should consult a physiotherapist and get it assesd first and thentreated(SWD+Ultrasonic therapy+IFT+Certain strengthening Exercises)
Avoid forward bending, prolonged travelling ,weight lifting and stair climbing...Need postural correction i.e. sit tall,...Avoid cold exposure.....GET WELL SOON!
You have weak spine medicine always help you to reduce pain ;swelling and inflamtion internally for time being.
You need to go with spine training with physiotherapist for 15 days.Which will give your long term care from your pain.
