I am a female 23 year old with a BMI of 22. While exercising couple of days back I hurt my shoulder. Last night I suddenly had a spasm in the shoulder and soon after pain in the left side of my chest. I applied volini on the shoulder and the chest pain was relatively better but it is still paining a little. Should I go get checked up?

Hi, Actually I have injured my knee while playing badminton. First I didn't go to any doctor and just used volini and knee cap . Now I am not able to run or play any sport and whenever I place my leg wrongly it get twisted from the knee and gets swelled. Please advice me what to do .

Neck is paining while turning head around. I was well but when I woke up in the morning I get into very much pain on back portion of my neck and part across my neck when I turn my head.. pain is so much that I couldn't move my head a little. it's been 2 days and pain is still same. I have applied volini and sometimes I did icing as well but no improvement.
