Is Risdone Liquid same as Sizodon tablet ? I was using Sizodon tablet advised by a psychiatrist for 1 year then recently I consulted a family doctor and was suggested to use Risperidone Oral solution. My question is are both same ?

I and my sister both suffering from same mental disorder. Doctor prescribed me risperidone and aripiprazole of my sister. Why? Are both medicine same or different. Both medicine work good. But why doctor prescribed different. What is the difference between both.
