Dear doctor I am from Hungary since four years I have psychiatrist treatment in my country taking medicines 2mg risperidone and 2 mg biperiden daily because I couldn't sleep before the treatment and I had some worries due to family problem and I had lost my job.maybe I will move to India I would like to know if same medicines exists there because my doctor told me it would be risky to change them. What do you think could it be possible that I can get same medicines in India? Thanks for your answer.

I was diagnosed with schizophrenia 6 months ago, since then I have been on medication. Earlier I was taking oral medication (risperidone) and currently I am on antipsychotic medication called i nvega sustenna (monthly injection) for past 2 months and I have noticed weak erections and considerable decrease in penis length. Are these side effects reversible? I am worried about my future. Please help.

I have been taking Risperidone for past 4 years. Actually my problem was anxiety caused overthinking. But my doctor misdiagnosed it as Psychosis and prescribed me Risperidine. So my mental condition is very bad.I have every symptoms of low dopamine level. What will Risperidine do with a person having normal dopamine level? I have every symptoms of low dopamine level. How can I check my dopamine level??

Erectile Dysfunction since 1 and s half year. Took so much medications such as allopathy and ayurved but no permanent relief . Took viagra , testosterone , Pari CR,Risperidone ,etc. Took makardhvaj , swarn bhasm , shilajit ,rasayan vati etc. took penile injection and topical creams also.but all these give me temporary solution . plz consider my problem and provide the best solution to me.

Sir I get sleep 7 + hrs night I am on risperidone 2mg and lithosun srat night Sir earlier day i was on rain at night I got good sleep that night next day i got severe headache... Due to this I slept about 3.5 hrs at day that night I only got 5hrs sleep night... No any unusual symptoms noted And headache also resolved... . Is it cause of concern

I am having ocd and severe tics. My tics are almost spoiling my life and making me unable to lead life. I have changed more than 5 psychiatrists. I am currently taking risperidone 0.5 mg. Due to severe sedation, I was not able to take a higher dose. Have tried haloperidol 2.5 mg but I was having severe loss of interest in life and restlessness. My doctors have also tried amisulpride 200mg. Please suggest a good medicine for tics.

I've been having palpitations for about a year now. It could be a side effect of risperidone. i've been taking it for 2/3 years and the dose was increased last year. they're mainly at night but sometimes after exercise or just when i'm sitting. my doctor puts it down to anxiety, i have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder but i wasn't really anxious when it started. in fact it's making my anxiety worse. i can also sometimes feel my pulse in the heel of my left foot.

I have been diagnosed with major depression. My psychiatrist has prescribed me topamax , 100 g , 1/2 of a pill in the morning , after lunch and a full pill in the evening. After that Esram 1/2 of a 20g pill. Last , risperidone 1/2 a pill in the evening. I am a bit concerned and i would like to know how accurate this recipe is. Thank you!

Hi Doctor, Before 4 years I was mentally harassed by one of my classmates and I went under depression and thus started overthinking.One day I went aggressive due to that mental harassment.My parents thought I was affected with some illusion.They took me to a doctor and he diagnosed my mental condition as Psychosis.He prescribed Risperidone(Sizodon Plus).From last February onwards my condition is getting worse.Now I have no hope for my life.I'm very depressed inside.No joy at all
