I am having ocd and getting sexual thoughts and they are causing heavy distress in my life.
My medications are escitalopram 40mg, clomipramine 75mg and risperidone 0.5mg

These thoughts are due to OCD and needs some changes in the dosing of the medications. So it would be wise to consult a psychiatrist. Homeopathic medicine won’t help much in this issue.
