Clonazem + Paroxetine composition is not available for online purchase. Can I buy paroxetine 12.5 mg and separately clonazepam 0.25 mg. As Lonazep ls is not available online

I have been suffering from depression for 5-6 years. Whenever I felt better, I would stop taking the medicine and when I felt worse, I would start the medicine again. After that I decided that now I will not stop taking the medicine, I will take it regularly. I am taking regular medicine for depression since 2 years. Initially i was taking "12.5mg paroxetine" once a day. After that, that effect stopped from 12.5mg paroxetine and then after some time, same effect of medicine i got from 20mg paroxetine. After sometime 20mg paroxetine also dont work for me Then Doctor increased the dose to 25mg.  Now 25 mg are not giving the desired effect. I don't understand why my dose is increasing. "Paroxetine limit per day 50mg" please help me

Suffering panic disorder, anxiety and agoraphobia for almost 10 years. I have been taking paroxetine 50mg and pregabalin 300mg BD. Whilst I did feel therapeutic effect from the pregabalin, the paroxetine seemed to have no effect. I have been taking it since a short spell in the psych unit in early 2014. I have decided to start to wean off the paroxetine, I am on day 2 of 45mg/day. I have been unable to taper with supervision as I cannot get an appointment with a psych dr locally.

I am taking desvenlafaxine 100mg from last 8 weeks but no improvement know doctor gave me Paroxetine 12.5 . Yesterday I take desvenlafaxine 100 mg and today I take Paroxetine 12.5 but after that high blood pressure. Fast heart rate . Confusion. Pain in headache etc is this serotonin syndrome may I wait some days to start Paroxetine 12.5 mg .plz reply

Sir i am in depression these days i afraid by death ,loss ,illness, and other negative things .i feel that there may be something wrong in my life today ,so that there is fear of loss ,illness , etc , i hesitate to go to in croud ,market,journey etc ,doctor suggest me tab clonafit beta and tab paroxetine 12.5 mg.but i am not taking paroxetine because i read that there are many side effects of that medicine ,please suggest me that only clonafit beta is sufficient or paroxetine is also must ,i am feeling well taking clonafit beta (clonazepam +propranol)

I am taking etilaam in morning and quetipine 50 zolpidem 10  and paroxetine 25 in night I have high bp my genaral doctor told me metoprolol (cilacar 10/25) Is metoprolol good or bad for with the these above medicine I heard metoprolol should not be taken paroxetine

Are tricyclic antidepressants like imipramime are more effective than paroxetine? bcoz before that i was taking parpxetine upto 37.5 but still having panic attacks and anxiety issue but now online doctor told me to stop paroxetine and start imipramime ( deposil ) ..so is it ryt decision ?
