Hello sir/mam i am on BUPROPION 150 (almost a year) recently doc prescribed PAROXETINE. my query is would SSRI have any negative effect on memory or study? and how can reduce 'fatigue' caused by SSRI. thanks

I am on paroxetine 25mg for gad but it cause delayed ejaculation is there any medicine which make temporary relief for intercourse as i didn't able to ejaculate.I take cyproheptadine but it is not fully effective.

In March 2021, I was prescribed Depran L (Escitalopram oxalate 5mg+ clonazepam 0.25) for my panic disorder by a colleague psychiatrist of my doctor uncle. I was doing great when on medicine. I took it for 2 months (1 month regularly & 1 month irregularly to tapper it). After 10 days of stopping the medicine, brain zaps, panic & low mood started. Since then I was on no medicine and anxiety increased day by day. Some days ago, consulted a doctor online & he prescribed Paroxetine 12.5 with clonazepam. My question is that if then, I was doing better with escitalopram, should I go for Paroxetine? As Paroxetine has more side effects than escitalopram. Or can I consult you for better advice?

I read a comparison study of different ssri's which show that paroxetine has the lowest risk of hair fall. WhILe on another place I read that mirtazapine has lowest risk of hair loss. SO please tell me which one is safer for hair loss.

Hello mam/sir. i am on BUPROPION  xl 150mg and PAROXETINE cr 12.5 mg,for my generalized anxiety and panic issues. its day two on PAROXETINE .though I have PE in general but with just 1 tablet of PAROXETINE i stopped having ejaculation so. meds history. bupropion 8th month so far doc prescribed me various SSRI but they didn't suit me(fluoxetine, escitalopram, SERTRALINE etc) question 1: do i really have low serotonin? question 2: doc says i should continue SSRI but i am having feeling of good sensation all over body ,it becomes prominent when i yawn or do weight lifting alongwith heaviness and brainfog, should i continue? plz answer both questions. thanks

My doctor percribed me below medicines - niloxid Q10 - ezorb forte - manovus methaycobalmine - D3 6000iu per week liquid And... Paroxetine 12.5 mg Now im confused why doctor perscibed me antidepressant( paroxetine) , and i somewhere read Antidepressant SSRRI casues sexual problem like Low libido and ED, Now im totally confused? Is I take paroxetine or not? I have already ED and libido problem, then why my doctor percribed this? Pls and🙏🙏 Also pls clear difference between paroxetine & tianeptine?
