On paroxetine day 6 today 12.5 mg. It is causing extreme nausea and muscle twitches in my feet. Should I still continue?

Does consuming Paroxetine 25mg for 2 months causes withdrawal symptoms?? And could be overdose? Taking it for anxiety and depression.

Im using paroxetine 12.5 from past 7 month now i decided to withdrawal by tempering does 1/4 for 15 days and then half of 12.5 2 weeks after 2 weeks of half paroxetine i stopped now today is 3 day and symptoms are nervousness, and headache Please advice what should now i do and i did tempering every carefully still why get symptoms or also tell how long this symptoms remain, and time to gone

I suffer from General Anxiety issues. My doctor has prescribed me Paroxetine. I have been taking it for more than 2 years now, the CR dose of 12.5mg. Gradually I developed this fear of leaving my comfort zone as what ifs start to pop up in my mind with weird thoughts. My life is stable otherwise, I enjoy a normal routine. My psychiatrist says that Paroxetine will continue throughout life and I will have to take it, if I discontinue, I will suffer relapse after some time and I will have to restart it. Is it true? Also what is the best method to discontinue it, cold turkey or tapering the dose.
