Is paroxetine right med. to treat myself
I'm 27 year old male, I hve low sex desire and ED problem, with these symptoms With these symptoms - physical weakness, tired fatigue, low energy - numbness & tingling hands, pin needle - Rapid heartbeat - weak memory - jhatke lgna I done my all basic and hormone test - cbc, Lft, Kft, lipid, b12, d3, testorone, fsh, LH, prolactin, sugar, hbaic All tests are normal , only D3 are low.. My doctor percribed me below medicines - niloxid Q10 - ezorb forte - manovus methaycobalmine - D3 6000iu per week liquid And... Paroxetine 12.5 mg Now im confused why doctor perscibed me antidepressant( paroxetine) , and i somewhere read Antidepressant SSRRI casues sexual problem like Low libido and ED, Now im totally confused? Is I take paroxetine or not? I have already ED and libido problem, then why my doctor percribed this? Pls and🙏🙏 Also pls clear difference between paroxetine & tianeptine?

Trust your doctor. Don't go by side effects shown in Google. Even paracetamol can cause fever if you go by surfing in the internet. Does it mean you don't take paracetamol for fever or blame the doctor for prescribing it to you ?
