I am taking desvenlafaxine 100mg from last 8 weeks but no improvement know doctor gave me Paroxetine 12.5 . Yesterday I take desvenlafaxine 100 mg and today I take Paroxetine 12.5 but after that high blood pressure. Fast heart rate . Confusion. Pain in headache etc is this serotonin syndrome may I wait some days to start Paroxetine 12.5 mg .plz reply

This could be serotonin syndrome if not, some other adverse drug reaction as all those symptoms started after adding paroxetine, so plz stop taking paroxetine (though you are taking small dose) wait for some time, if desvenlafaxine is not giving result you can slowly taper and stop over 3-4 days, then you can reinstate paroxetine.
