Osmf with 3.5 fingers opening..but chirping sound while opening mouth wide..and pain and swelling in cheeks..pain goes upto ears.. jaw numbness sometimes too..can osmf cause pain and swelling..or trismus causing it..? 🆘 please help

I have osmf with 3 finger opening..my gets blocked everynow and then..can osmf cause nose block? also..now from past 1 month or more I'm not consuming gutka..and left it suddenly..so from the day i left it.. I've been getting stretchness in mouth every morning..also..my face got swelling and pain few days back(over the cheeks)..my jaw joint bone (under EAR) is paining whenever i eat something..IT responds to painkillers..but after 9 10 hours it starts again to pain.. I've completely left the chewing thing..but all these things are happening from the day i left that..🆘
