Osmf with 3.5 fingers opening..but chirping sound while opening mouth wide..and pain and swelling in cheeks..pain goes upto ears.. jaw numbness sometimes too..can osmf cause pain and swelling..or trismus causing it..? 🆘 please help

OSMF does not cause pain usually, only trismus. Most jaw joints produce some sound like Click from disc, it is normal. Swelling of cheeks could be due to gland infection like Mumps. It is not clear what is your problem from your question...
