Oral sub Mf
I have osmf with 3 finger opening..my gets blocked everynow and then..can osmf cause nose block? also..now from past 1 month or more I'm not consuming gutka..and left it suddenly..so from the day i left it.. I've been getting stretchness in mouth every morning..also..my face got swelling and pain few days back(over the cheeks)..my jaw joint bone (under EAR) is paining whenever i eat something..IT responds to painkillers..but after 9 10 hours it starts again to pain.. I've completely left the chewing thing..but all these things are happening from the day i left that..🆘

Hello dear Please be calm See osmf requires comprehensive treatment of physiotherapy and medications.in addition any deleterious habits have to be stopped.you will require all these things.merely stopping gutkha will not eradicate problems.for further details you can consult me Thanks

First , dont start with ghutka eating again. Early detection and treatment is vital. Stretchness is common. But full mouth check up is very urgent. As such without seeing telling the entire treatment is difficult. Photographs intraoral and extraoral and opg will help better for diagnosis.
