My age is 68 years, wt-68 Kg, height-5'9". I had bypass surgery in 2012. i used to do walk 45 min daily. i feel completely fit and fine. A week ago i feel that my heart rhythm is irregular. after going through holter test i found that my heart rate increases and slows down with a pause of 1.8 sec. my Min heart rate is 50 and max is 144 bpm. my average hear rate is 89. Please suggest that is anything serious?

I've been on medication, using the below medicine: Metformin 500 SR (1 - 0 - 1) Pioglitazone 15 (0 - 1 - 0) Sartel AM 40 (1 - 0 - 0) Met XL 25 (0 - 0 - 1) I've been feeling and clearly sensing a 2 to 3 secs pause in my heart beat for past 2 months. And, I've lost my mother 20 days ago. Since then, I've been feeling some heaviness at my heart, not continuously. Kindly advise me what to do. Thank you very much in advance.

Respectable; Doctor I am pratik. I have been taking treatment for skin fairness for two months. I had been advised by the doctors that the following creams were done by course for 2 months by doing the course. I felt good effect; creos - / mFsone; Desosoft, MF - sudif, ekran water gel, and KLM - KlIN - AHA etc .... At present MF - SudiF cream and face wash 'sunscreen are on. My question is whether MF - sone cream can be put back again if I get skin black again? If not, why not? Please let me knw

My mother could not go for cunsultation fir 2 months due to lockdown... she is taking gemer 0.5 daily 1 in morning and 1/2 in evening... today i could not find this tablet in nearby medical stores, they suggested a similar content tablet Glimith-MF 0.5... can she take this till we again get gemer 0.5 in stores ?
