How frequent should you take d3 supplement? I have bought vitanova d3 granules. How should I take? After/before food? With milk/water? Should the whole sachet be taken at once?

My sister has a vitamin d3 deficiency,doctor suggested to take once in a week,tablet name uprise d3 but unknowingly she took daily one for nearly 20days So please advice any serious issue my happen or any steps to be taken now

Hi Doctor's, I'm having vitamin D3 insufficient with 16.4. I'm taking some medicine now. But what is the best tme the to get VITAMIN D3 naturally from exposing sunlight. Few are saying it is good at 7-9 AM, Some are saying it's between 11AM - 2 PM. Which time is good to get VITAMIN D3. Hello, I am suffering from vitamin D3 problem (28.06) and loss of cervical lordosis. Doctor gave medicines gemcal plus, Lumia 60k (weekly once for 8weeks n later monthly once) , trypometer 10mg and nurokind LC. I am taking all medicines regularly but recently I am getting left side body pain. Left side headache, left arm, hand n leg pain. Is this a serious issue?

Hello, My daughter is 2.8 years old, till her 1 year of age I gave her vitanova d3. On our last visit to her doctor in the month of march I was told to give architol nano for 8 weeks and afterwards he said to continue any vitamin d3 for her. Because of lockdown we cannot take her to clinic and doctor is out of town. I would request you to suggest any good d3 supplement so I can offer her. Thanks
