Hi Doctor's, I'm having vitamin D3 insufficient with 16.4. I'm taking some medicine now. But what is the best tme the to get VITAMIN D3 naturally from exposing sunlight. Few are saying it is good at 7-9 AM, Some are saying it's between 11AM - 2 PM. Which time is good to get VITAMIN D3. Now I'm using weekly capsule for VITAMIN D3 do I need to use any other Medicine for vitamin D when could I get sufficient VITAMIN D3. THANKS RAMESH

I am having Health check up and its shows Vit D3 level 18 and TSH 7.54. 6 months before tsh was 5.39 and Vit D3 around 25. Also Last year Vit D3 10 and TSH 7.52. My Doc suggested to start on TSH which is lifetime. I want to ask you if I wait for Vit D3 to go up and see TSH level. Is it fine to just start Vit D3 and Not Thyroid tablets.
