Vitamin d3 deficiency
I am diagnosed with vitamin d3 deficiency having it at a level 7.25 ng/ml. I am put to vitamin d3 supplement gemcal d3 10000 IU per day by a local physician, but after taking this I am facing low bp. What should I do please suggest?

Your D level is too low to be corrected by oral prophylactic doses. You need injectable Vitamin D 6 lac units each fortnight total  3 doses

Vit d3 supplments usually dont lead to such problems Alternatively u can start with vitamin d 3 weekly drugs But one more thing which is important is To rule out the possible causes of vit deficiency.. For that some blood check ups are required
