As we are not going out because of corona, I want to give ultra D3 syrup 1000IU/5ml to my son. He is 6 years old. How much should be dose? How long we should give him? Also is there any side effect of Becosules (B complex + Vitamin C) if given for long duration with dose of 5 ml?

My vitamin d level is 48 ng/ml and my endocrinologist ask me to stop vit d3, today my ortho has prescribed me calsar-k27 (it contains ccm-1250mg ,calcitriol-0.25mcg, vit k27-50mcg, elemental boron -500mcg) and calser sachet ( contains cholecalciferol-60000iu) for 2 weeks increasing bone density (problem: my bone density starts decreasing and i have pain in my knees). Hi, I have gone through with the vitamin d3 test because suddenly feeling problems in legs and in one knee, feeling pain and cracking sounds from legs. My vitamin d3 level has come 60.7 nmo/ l.
