Hello everyone my vitamin d3 is 10.4 Vitamin b12 is in limit... What should I do to recover it... & How much time does it take place...

Legs pain and and very low D3, so this sachet is prescribed by my doctor. So how to take it? means what is the right way to take it? should I dissolve it on water?

Hello doctor myself Anita ... I also have the same problem of vitamin d3 deficiency... My big problem is weakness... Getting tired in small things... depressed mood ... sometimes not sleep at night.. My vitamin d3 level is 10.4

My 3 month old daughter is prescribed d3 800iu 0.5ml daily...but now since the same is not available in my hometown I have got d3 400iu and giving her 1ml daily...are these 2 equivalent..is this fine.

Is it safe to give Vitamin D3 400 IU/ml to my 2 year old everyday? I give her 1ml a day of the ultra d3 drops. The reason I ask is I have heard vitamin D over dose can cause toxicity.

I used to give my daughter, Pranshi,Bevon and d3 Must as a new born till she was 6 months. Now she is 1 year and 3 months. Hello we are planning for 3rd pregnancy as 2nd pregnancy resulted in miscarriage so my gynaecologist has given me duphaston 10 mg from 15th day of cycle  ,folic acid tablets for 3 months to have this before planning pregnancy and she has also prescribed me Vitamin D3 capsules to start from Day 1 cycle for next 30 days ...should I take vitamin D3 capsules??is it necessary???or it can be skipped..??or like how important Vitamin D3 is while conception ??

Doctor gave coralium d3 for my seven months old baby girl. She used to take vitanova d3 till six months. I forgot to ask whether I should stop vitanova or continue vitanova along with coralium. Can I give both together? Or should I stop vitanova and continue with only coralium?
