I am a student, i can't study late at night and fall asleep before 10 and woke up after 9-10 hrs, my exams are approaching i want to study at night but i can't.i have coaching in day time. should i take modafinil is there is any side affect of it on brain for using it 3 months. Is there is any other alternative.

Example of stimulant medicines are Modafinil, armodafinil, Amphetamines etc. This medicines are very useful in psychiatry but there is weak point about these medicines that is they increase anxiety. Respected Doctors, I feel fatigued throughout the day. The feel of fatigueness mostly is in the both sides of the head, palms and feet. Don't want to leave my bed in the morning. Always feel sleepy. Difficulty in concentrating. I also have hypothyroidism and taking thyroxine tab. 50mcg. I Have been taking escitalopram 10mg (reduced the dose to 5mg since last 3 months) from last 1.5 years. Taking Modafinil 100mg from last 10 days. But nothing seems to work. Even just after taking modafinil after breakfast I feel sleepy and go for sleep. Want to know if it will be good for me to switch to homeopathy medicine, because allopathy is not working. Please suggest. Note:- Even now while I'm typing this. Which is the best medicine to manage severe fatigue caused by sleep apnea? I've been using CPAP since 4 years but still struggling with constant sleepiness, tiredness and lack of energy. Good evening, I'm an 18 year old male, have been having chronic constipation for months now, can't pass gas and always feel bloated and full, I've taken medication prior to this happening ranging from modafinil, phennibut hcl, to ibuprofen and antibiotics like amoxicillin. Hi doc! I will taking my half an hour from about 4 months now and in past few weeks I felt disturbance in stomach, so I started taking pand after modafinil. This this somewhat yours but when after few weeks I again started feeling issues in my stomach after repeating the cycle so what is the right way to take my definit as my doctor suggested me for taking it one hour prior but that didn't work well for me because after taking I started feeling constipation. So should I take pand prior to modafinal or post?
