I have adhd and I am on atomoxetine 20 mg, modafinil 50 mg, propranolol 10 mg,bupropion150xl(because I smoked and it has been 10 days I stopped),clonidine 25mcg.I have been taking all for last 30 days.Recently about 7 days prior I started having irregular heartbeat and while I sleep facing the wall right side my whole body shakes.Due to covid restrictions I am not able to see my doctor.Please help.

Doctor said i after taken brain MRI AND EEGi don't have any issues in brain. I have ATTENTION DEFICIT DISORDER DUE to pshyological issues. At present im on medicine after taken medication bupropion (methylphenidate, armodafinil, atomoxetine, modafinil, not working) finally doctor given me bupropion im okay my issues has been almost solved. I have doubt if it is a pshyological issues for me as doctor said will it be cured???how long will. It take.

I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety in 2017 and ever since I am on medications. I have recovered like 90% and the only issue left out is sleepiness. I am unable to focus/study. In past 3/4 years I have never woken up fresh. Even after taking modafinil I have to force myself to wake up and then at noon have to take a cup of strong coffee. And even after that I fall asleep at around 4 pm. I have taken Armod and Inspiral in the past. Inspiral was good for me. But then my psychiatrist changed it to Modafinil and its of no use. He has not clearly mentioned what actually is the issue but I just searched on Google and found out about Narcolepsy. Also I have body aches. My body is sore and stiff whenever I wake up. Change in season, stressful situations and anger make me doze off even more. Now my mood is constantly low because of this sleepiness. In the past I used to have sleep paralysis and sometimes hallucination but not anymore. Just this sleepiness and aches.

Feeling a strange sensation in my hands and body. A sudden spike of OCD activities like touching one thing again and again. My mind is running faster than usual, like if I write something I will scramble the text instead of writing it in handwriting. So much confusion. This normally happens when I used to take modafinil a year back (seldom). I am already diagnosed with too much anxiety. Hello doctor...iam suffering from severe hypersomnia. Iam not able to resist sleep even after restful night's sleep. I feel very tired and sleepy throughout the day and can't resist. It feels as if it's not under my control. bcoZ of this my study nd day to day activities are getting affected badly. Iam on psychiatric treatment and following medicines iam taking- Venlafaxine-75mg morning 150mg night Duloxetine-30mg nd Propranolol-20mg nd Haloperidol-2.5mg od sodium valproate-500mg od lamotrigene-50mg od iam suffering from depression, anxiety and having borderline personality disorder. Iwas prescribed modafinil but it didn't improve my symptoms to much extent. Plz advice what to do.. Nd my thyroid test is normal.

I am a 34 year old man suffering from OCD and Depression since the age of 19. I am taking Uvox-200 mg and Felis-S-5 mg. I am a lawyer and hence required to do a lot of reading. My attention span is very poor-not able to concentrate more than 5 minutes on reading. My Psychiatrist told me to try Modalert (Modafinil) which phenomenally increased my attention span in reading. But within a few days my Psychiatrist told me to discontinue it. Would it be safe to take the Modalert on regular basis?

I am on antidepressant flutop 40 for 20 years and nexito 10, panto d, and modafinil for past one year for OCD, hypersomnia.  My symptoms are hot tongue , feverish feeling (max temp 99.6).like heat emnating from body , Bloating stomach, excessive day time sleep and pains at varying locations in back. I also have  non erosive  gastritis. No appetite. Every item tastes like spicy though  it is not spicy. Morning I get pains from buttocks and half of back pain around spine. But pains will move from one location to other. . Feel comfortable after applying some pressure. No one could diagnose the problem. All bood tests and x- ray tests of back are normal and endoscopy suggested presence of non erosivegastritis. Kindly advise.

I am 25 years old male experiencing Erectile Dysfunction and decrease in sexual desire (libido) due to intake of Nexito. I am attending CBT sessions since December 2021. Medical History and Dosage - Diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder and situational depression. Physcometric assessment shows high score in anxiety, depression, and ocd. Advised to attend cbt sessions weekly compulsorily. I started nexito 3 days back - Apr 4 at 11:00 AM took Nexito 10 MG (Half) Apr 4 at 11:00 PM full capsule Nexito and Clonotril Apr 5 at 11:00 AM full capsule Nexito and Clonotril Apr 6 at 11:00 AM full capsule Nexito and Clonotril I am parallely abusing Modafinil 200 MG taking morning empty stomach. I an tapering it down. What should I do? I am feeling depressed and more depressed. I should take immediate step.
