Is it safe to take Modafinil empty stomach early morning for 1 week? What should be the dosage? And what are the possible side effects?

Hi, Is it safe to take Modafinil, Brahmi and Multivitamins in conjunction, are there any harmful drug interactions. Or anything else I need to concern myself with. I take modafinil for narcolepsy, brahmi for helping cognition and multivitamins due to lack of a balanced diet.

Is there any good alternative of fluxoteine? As i don't know why I feel sleepy due to this , my doctor advised me to take it in night but it's not helping . And modafinil doesn't suits me .

Hi I take vyvanse for my ADHD but recently I have not been seeing the effects and have been feeling the sideffects. I am considering modafinil as an alternative. I take sprinted, fluoxetine, and have Supra-ventricular tachycardias. Is modafinil an ok medication for me to try? Or will it interact with my medication or SVTs?
