Hello Doctor, When I get sexually excited , after some time the pain starts from lower abdomen to left part of  urinary bladder and goes down to the testicles. That pain discomforts me. I feel like testis became heavy. If the testicles feel any jurk at that time it hurts a lot and I feel discomfort while walking. But if I take a sleep the pain goes off the next morning and I feel normal. Why is this happening? Is this a serious issue? Whom should I consult? Please respond to my issue and help me out so that it can be treated if its a serious issue. Thank you

I have been feeling discomfort in my right ear since few months. There has been wax deposit in my right ear twice previously. I got it cleaned last in 2013. Today I went to an Ent specialist, he checked my left ear, throat and nose . Everything was ok but there is some wax deposit in my right ear which he tried to clean but couldn't as it was hard. So he gave me some drops. If there is no problem then why is my ear getting chocked and I am sensing discomfort in my ear at times.

Sir my amylase is 174.but before it always between 100 to 130.i have pain in middle abdomen discomfort irritation nd more gas passes.m very aphset.i have taking medicine more than 12 months but no profit.why my amylase suddenly incemreased niddle type pain.is this reversible.before some time i was normal but suddenly.mu lipase level is normal.always discomfort nd pain .i have taken lot of alcohal before doctor says i have esophagus pain.😑😑😑please help sir.m submiiting my report

From sometime(almost 2-3 months on and off) I am having constant pressure on anus for bowels. Heaviness in lower abdomen, side and lower back (sometimes pain as well), restless legs or kind of muscular spasms in legs. Had issues with frequent urination and penial discomfort but there was no infection of any kind. Discomfort of this pressure increases after meals. I am not constipated. Stools are normal. CT scan of pelvic area and MRI of spine are normal. Please help me diagnose what this could be. Thanks

Hello, doctor. I have had a minor stomach infection last week due to which I had rigorous loosemotions. After it was cured and my stool was not loose, my stool instead was too hard. I thought it was constipation and would recover. Soon after I started having discomfort while passing my stool since it was too hard for me to push. And it was bleeding also a bit two times till now. I has been 5 days since I'm experiencing this discomfort while passing stool. What should I do?

I am having this discomfort and slight pain in the left hip bone(lower back) since 6 months back.while spot jogging I felt a muscle pull in my calf one week back and 4 days back I got hurt in the lower back (left ) while bending and trying to pick something up from the bed. It doesn't hurt much now and I applied volini spray but discomfort and slight pain is there till now .What should I do ?

Hi Doctor,while sleeping I feel discomfort due to some snoozing noice from my breathing and some times I really get irritate by myself by this snoozing and discomfort breathing specially when I sleep. After wake up I have to split 4/5 times due to cough which blocked in my pulmonary track. Cough is black in colour,thick and like clotting... Please do suggest some medicines here which can help me. I am having this two problems 1. A shoulder injury 2-3 months ago, (Consulted a orthopedic) . The pain part is almost gone but I am not getting that normal Range of motion also feel pinch kind of pain when I try to do heavy bench Press 2. Recently I also have this another injury, that is feeling discomfort behind the knee (right leg ) whenever I sit for long time or stand. Also when I try to flex the leg the discomfort occurs. Is there any good physiotherapist near andheri region.

I've had what I believe is a cyst located about halfway down my back, but centered pretty much on my spinal cord. I've had it for 2+ years with no discomfort or anything, but I woke up this morning with it seeming inflamed and with extra pressure. I have a scheduled appointment with a dermatologist, but it's not for a few weeks. Given that this is the first time I've ever experienced discomfort of any sort and its location near my spinal cord, should I get an apt sooner with someone else?

I am a 25 year old, 5'10 Male and have just recently been diagnosed with Fatty Liver after going to the doctor feeling left upper back pain, and general back discomfort/ abdominal discomfort/gas. Is consistent back pain over the course of multiple weeks a normal symptom of fatty liver? The left upper back pain is triggered very sharply by movement.
