Constipation problem
I'm suffering from discomfort while visiting the toilet. It's been around for 6-8 months. I think it's external haemorrhoids. The problem persists, some days it's not very severe then again other days its very uncomfortable.. i want to get rid of it. Please tell me what should i do.

Firstly it needs to be confirmed whether it's hemorrhoids. There are many other causes of such discomfort. Some hemorrhoids don't need surgery, some need. Need to see whether yours respond to non surgical measures.
