Blood in toilet
Hi sir,I'm 28 year old male..I find traces of blood while sitting on toilet basin during excretion,not sure from where the blood comes. I feel discomfort inside anus some times and a little pain as well. But not a serious note,it was like when I am excited and if have erections my body will become hot and so i may doubt that is there any relation to this ..please suggest me in this problem.

It may be because of Anal Fissure or 1st stage internal hemorrhoids. You should take sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) twice daily. Apply some soothing ointment or coconut oil in anal passage. Take some Ayurvedic stool softening medicine like Haritaki Powder with warm water. Take plenty of liquids specially butter milk. Take fiber rich diet e.g. green leafy vegetables, salads etc. If problem persists please consult online.
