Testicle and scrotum pain

I am suffering from testicle and scrotum pain since 2weeks .i had masterbated twice a day then this problem occure, i consulted ms surgeon he told there is no problem he suggested medicine.am using it but iam not perfect feeling discomfort i can't sleeping please help me

Hello. You can use water boiled with jeera and ajwain to drink. It'll help you. Drink atleast 3 liter of water for 2 days. If no improvements seen, consult nearby Ayurveda doctor.
