And pain is in also on my inner tight with left scrotum pain...what I this plz help me. Pain is done when am sitting or sleeping. I have kidney stone problem it is due to that or something as???

I have dns and turbinate hypertrophy. I Have constant nasal congestion, nostril block, headache, facial pressure, breathing difficulty and dry mouth. I also feel phlegm in my throat.
