I have discomfort on upper right side abdomen. I lost my weight 8 kg in 1.5 month...this causing sever pain at top centre & feels like combine top centre & upper right discomfort

I have a persistent feeling of something getting pulled in the middle of the stomach (between both ribs) with heavy breathing. This is going on for last 3 months. I have got Troponin test, Stress Echo, Chest X-ray, lungs test and ultrasound done with all ok reports. Have consulted a cardiologist, pulmonologist, radiologist as well but the problem still persists. To give a history, I have been taking Tolol XR25 OD for last few years for high BP. Have taken gastritis medicines like Pan-D/ Pantakind DSR for last 10-20-30 days as advised by the physician but it didn't help. Got blood and urine test done and all clinical parameters are all ok except the following: Bilirubin : 1.99 mg/dL, however SGOT/SGPT are ok Vitamin-D:55 nmol/ L Vitamin B-12: 177 pg/mL Apo A1: 95 mg/dL Apo B: 37 mg/dL Sometimes my hands shake. Also feel very lethargic all through the day and heavy/ laboured breathing. My attention is always on the stomach because of this. Is this hiatal hernia? Pls advice.

I have been diagnosed with mild gastritis on FEB 2024, I was on a medication till today as per the prescription given to me. Following medications i was being taking 1. Nexito 5MG - Daily 1 time 2. Inderal 40MG - Daily 2 Time (half tablet each) 3. PPSON DSR - Daily 1 Time Few days back i had stopped PPSON DSR Capsule for around 20 days. Now i am having bodily discomfortness like recurrent anxious feeling, stomach heaviness, head feels heavy and my mood have been changing recurrently to anxious and down and with that medium tiredness also been facing. Don't know whether it is due to sudden stoppage of medicine or something else. Kindly help me in this regard as my appointment have been scheduled after 5 days.

I have a healing anal fissure. I used to use Anobliss, but recently, my doctor advised me to use Cremagel, and i have been using this for about 10 days now once in the morning and once at bed time. My question is, when i fart or pass gas during the time i have applied this gel, i feel like hot gas passing out in the place where i have applied the gel. But when i fart when i have not applied the gel, i don't feel any hotness in the gas. Also, when i pass stools, i get a burning sensation in the anus. This sensation feels like burning when you have eaten spicy food. It goes away after 30-45 mins and then i don't feel any burning or discomfort. Why is this happening? Is it due to cremagel? I cannot discontinue cremagel as it is helping me heal the fissure.

Hlo.. why pain from esophagus is like that of heart? Since 2 days I have been in Terrible chest discomfort, suffocation radiating to my back. left arm throat N jaw.. first ecg done on Saturday n second yesterday.. 3 weeks I had full cardiac package- ecg, echo, tmt- all gud... I remember my gastro telling me that it has to sumthing wid nerves origin of these organs.. Having been to ER for 10 times n everytime ecg being normal I strongly believe it is gastric pain related to IBS but the medicines like ARORAB, equiset are not working so more confusing Plz give ur opinion on it.. also note that my endoscopy done last year was normal.. is it some rare disease

I have a very sensitive bowel i suffer diarrhea and constipation since childhood so i have been searching everything on Google though i went to a doctor and did all my tests came back normal one day ate tomatos in dinner in the morning i saw something reddish in the middle of the stool i got worried soo the next i again when to the washroom i wasn't having a bowel movement but still i strained to see weather it was blood or normal stool i strained 5 6 times a day i didn't got anything then got a bowel movement it was normal then again got a bowel movement next day was normal but i feel like not pain but discomfort in my abdomen i am worried everything leads to colorectal cancer i am just 24 years old what to do.

Had fever on Friday night after sustaining a bump on his forehead secondary to a fall while playing. He was given paracetamol 3.5 mL every 6 hours, but the fever did not subside. From Saturday night, he is being given Augmenting syrup 5 mL every 12 hours along with paracetamol. Fever subsided, but he has been complaining of throat discomfort over the last 2 days, particularly when he is eating food. Tonight, when I checked the back of his throat with the help of mobile torch, I could find two small ulcers, on either side of the uvula (see image attached). I don't know if there are anymore deep down the throat. Could you please suggest any advice/treatment for this.?

Hello, I have been recently diagnosed with Prostatitis caused by gram positive bacteria. I am under medication treatment. I started experiencing pain 3 weeks back then I've undergone all sorts of tests and they came normal. I didn't have burning urination but I did experience pain. Now, while I don't have pain but I feel some discomfort in my genitals. I also feel constant urges to Masturbate. My doctor said that the pain might have been induced due to Masturbation and hence I've stopped doing anything of that sort. But yet I feel the urges and I get an uneasy feeling in my genitals (which wasn't the case earlier or ever). So, I wanted to know the reason of this pain. Also, I wanted to know if I should Masturbation has any effects on prostatitis or any other reason that might've caused this.

Started with stomach cramps with diarrhoea a week back. Took medicines and it got fine but spikes of pain in stomach area continued.
