I have a healing anal fissure. I used to use Anobliss, but recently, my doctor advised me to use Cremagel, and i have been using this for about 10 days now once in the morning and once at bed time.
My question is, when i fart or pass gas during the time i have applied this gel, i feel like hot gas passing out in the place where i have applied the gel. But when i fart when i have not applied the gel, i don't feel any hotness in the gas.
Also, when i pass stools, i get a burning sensation in the anus. This sensation feels like burning when you have eaten spicy food. It goes away after 30-45 mins and then i don't feel any burning or discomfort.
Why is this happening? Is it due to cremagel? I cannot discontinue cremagel as it is helping me heal the fissure.
