Hi sir,
I am suffering with Anal Fissure for last 2 weeks.Using Diltiazem Gel 2% cremagel to apply.But getting lot of burning sensation while applying.Could you pls suggest some other ointment which helps in healing fissure faster.

For the fissure to heal it is important to also take sitz bath that is sitting in hot water daily there's times about 15 minutes each. And also keep your stools soft by using any laxative.if dilitiazem not much beneficial you can try anobliss cream

Burning is normal to happen.
The creams have to be applied. But another local anesthetic cream can be added to decrease the burning of one cream.
Other than that motions should remain absolutely soft and sits baths. will also help.
