Anal fissure healing time
I had anal fissure almost a month back. I do not have any pain or complications right now. I was under the impression that the fissure has healed completely. I visited a new doctor today for a confirmation who told me that he could see a 'Healing Fissure'.  He's asked me to start using Cremagel ointment for another 20 days and also continue Sitz Bath 3 time a day.  He's also asked me to continue Stool Softner - Lactifiber for a month. What does a healing fissure mean? How long does a fissure take to completely heal to go back to normal lifestyle?
