I'm 24F and I just discovered that I have Haemorrhoids which is big and swollen along with fissure. Is there any way to treat other than laser surgery? Also there's no bleeding as I confirm daily and I've increased my water intake and been walking in the evening because of my constipation problem.
About me- I've a sitting job and my diet frequently has spicy non-vegetarian curries but I do not have habit of fast food like burger fries etc. Also I lift weights but now avoiding working on my lower body as fissure stretches.
