Haemorrhoid and fissure
Hello Doctor,
I have a fissure outside my anal and very small piles are generated inside the anal.I have taken treatment but after 4-5 months again same problem arise. Almost everyday i am bleeding after bowel movement.i am consuming 3-4 litres water,leafy vegetable,salads etc to get rid of this.Please provide your suggestion for next course of action .

Well fissures with Haemorhoids do happen with constipation and unhealthy eating habits .. bleeding everyday is a matter of concern and you should consult the surgeon for same
Surgery is the only permanent cure for this situation otherwise u will be keep hoping in between various medical issues
