Anal fissure
I am suffering from anal fissure almost a year . It heals and again recur with one hard stool or hard defecation . I have been usimg anobliss cream . I can see a streak or line of blood on stool when i pass hard stool
And it very painful to poop

First time and acute fissures are managed medically with stool softener (laxatives) and anal sphincter relaxants (diltiazem) . Recurrent fissure will need a minor procedure called lateral sphincterotomy.

avoid constipation - plenty of oral fluids, high fibre diet
