Since childhood ,I used to sleep on chest keeping the both hands under the chest, and that caused my ribs bended inwards half a inch towards the heart and it pains occasionally (mostly when I work). Can it be fixed?

I feel pain between belly and ribs
While sitting on chair if I keep my left leg folded so that my thigh touches my chest at this time I feel light pain under my ribs may be it is in my lever or spleen I do not know may be it is due to compression of my belly to upward towards my chest.
