I feel discomfort in my chest and esophagus. I cannot eat well since it's like there's a blockage in my esophagus. I cannot sleep well also.

For the past 1 month I am experiencing an intermittent discomfort in and around my groin & lower abdomen region especially around the right testicle. While it is not causing any significant roadblock in my day to day life, it is also not going away. While playing or going out, the discomfort goes away, but when I am in a resting state the discomfort returns. It is especially notable during the night just before I go to sleep. Kindly help

I have been having swollen, pain and discomfort in vagina. I applied ointment for few days so now swollen is perfectly fine but the pain and discomfort is still there at one place. it's all redness and as soon as I touch it, it causes pain and discomfort. This happens to me very frequently and it's too much pain at times.

I have been facing slight pain in the left side of the stomach.beside the Belly button..it's a slight flank pain that comes and goes off. Too much gases and bad smell farting and sudden evacuation. Sometimes suddenly I get stomach pain and need to empty out within no time. There is no normal bowel movements. Sometimes constipation or another time bad smell poop. And always having a feel like to poop. Discomfort feeling and scared to eat anything as I might suddenly get a stomach pain and need to poop. Even if I have to poop it's always incomplete evacuation. Even though the stools are not hard it is still incomplete. A little is left at the opening for which I have to use gloves and with the finger circular movements I need to clean out. Which takes me a lot of time. I am not on any medication but I have stress and have very low appetite and irregular sleeping and eating patterns. I sleep around 3am and start my day at 2pm . My water intake is also 1 litre a day. Please Advice.

Please respond asap . My Lower left side of the stomach always feels heavy,sometimes I feel sharp pain ,lost 3kgs over 4months. A month ago at one night I vomited all of a sudden.was better in few days. Recently 3weeks ago,I did complete body check up @ chinmaya hospital Bangalore. All results were normal, A week ago suddenly I had severe loose motions ,nerves in left legs are also seen wide up and I'm feeling little strained in leg. Got blood ,urin n stool test done,all results were fine. Doctors gave medications and now motions are under control.but nerves in left leg are still seen wide up.But the discomfort is left side of my tummy still remains the same, Should I be worried about it, I visited general physician doctors so far ,but I'm still not feeling better with the stomach. Please help and guide me to the right doctor.

I am having severe pressure and discomfort in navel part and today I consulted urologist and usg abdomen is suggested. Can you please mention is the discomfort in navel is due to above findings or should I consult gastenterologist Thanks Dileep

Stomach discomfort and chronic diarrhea ( oily loose stool once in a week). Stomach discomfort when its empty, when not eaten from 5-6 hours. Akso it makes noise and i feel like burping. Please help what to do. Is it something serious. Problem from past 3 months.

Hello Doctor, I am having discomfort during blinking my eyes. It feels as if there is something in eye which happens during blinking only. The discomfort is minimal during daytime but escalates at night. There is also slight redness in my left eye. Please suggest some lubricant/eyedrop. Thanks in advance.

Woke up late night due to chest pain and discomfort after bowel movements the discomfort eased.. I recently got ecg, 2d echo and tmt tests done all reports are normal.. What might be the problem ?
