Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Plz take a look at my x rays and let me know if my RCT is done correctly or not as i still feel tapping pain and discomfort with burning mouth palate and burning tongue even after a month of my RCT...let me tell u there was no infection in my teeth and these were my healthy overly trimmed teeth and doc said bcoz of pulp expose, RCT needs to be done..he does not have x ray facility in in his clinic and he did not approve the IOPA x ray that took took to him..anyways after OPG he removed my previous cap(had put on and removed twice bcoz of pain) did the rct in that very sitting...all the procedure done in about 40 mins.. but i still feel tapping pain, also my premolar structure is lost a lot...so does it need any build up before putting on the cap?what can be done to rectify the mistake, if any in this RCT?can it pose any problem in future if i go for cap incase the pain subsides with lil more time?plz guide me as i am in great stress from last 6 months, have already lost too many teeth.

Hello Doctors, Last month I woke up from sleep and had fast heart beat, I checked in pulse oximeter and it was around 167bpms. I immediately rushed to hospital and got ECG done. The report came out as sinus tachycardia and non specific St abnormality. Next day I consulted cardiologist and recommended tmt since echo test was done last November. Report says good effort tolerance, added screenshot of it , came out normal and doctor said not to worry about anything. Recently got Spandan hand held ECG device to check for parents and myself. At times the report has variations. Sometimes comes normal ECG, at times it shows ST elevation in V2, tachycardia, left bundle branch block. Should I be worried about the readings taken on the hand held machine? Symptoms: at times I can feel some movements around chest area left side, no pain or discomfort. But I get tensed when I feel it.

I m suffering from overthinking problem & mood swing issue..& having Minority prb( laguta granthi) & feeling some time fear of unknown reason.Due to this, I feel headache some time & felling mentally tired. So I did some extreme and unusual type of exercises 2 years ago and it damaged the natural curvature of my spine. My body tends to bend forward at my lower back. The lower back of my head and my neck pains regularly and sometimes the pain is excruciating. I cannot sit without back support and if I sit the pain on the back of my neck and head intensifies. I also face difficulties in the movement of the head. It has become difficult to carry out many physical activities that involves leaning forward and i am not able play physical games anymore. Prior to this I was athletic and played most types of physically exhausting games and now  I just can't. Not only that there is lot of discomfort and pain on my thoracic spine area. I went through this for more than 2 years because I thought after stopping the unusual and extreme exercises it will heal by itself but its the same. So I want to ask is there any way to identify my problem and can it be solved? Is there any specific test to determine

I had done surgey - "High end fistulectomy haemorrhoidectomy with sphincterotomy" before 14 days due to piles and fissures. There were some light bleeding and pus during first 7 days. After that, these days I can see some yellowish fluid smelly discharge coming out from bottom. I am noticing that motion is not properly going (only little pieces). During motion, I am feeling somthing stuck at the anus and severe skin craking feeling. Some time the anus is not closing properly, due to that I am feeling discomfort. Some time i can't urinate properly due to this pain. I am using ointment - "protoctosedyl" and antibiotics. I would like to know below queries     1. How long does it take to stop this yellow pus discharge ? 2. Why the skin craking feeling during motion? 3. How long does to take to heal completely and back to normal ? 4. Is sitz bath with betadin help or should I use ice to avoid swelling? 5. How to make motion loose and easy to pass ? Is this due to medication ?

I had a successful surgery of hernia ( near testicle) 4 years ago ...now 2 days back at 12 am i had severe pain in my right kidney region and just above right testicle which didn't go with tremadol injection then doctor prescribed me other painkiller injections ...he was suspecting that I have some stone but after x ray he said I don't have stone ...then I appeared for urin test , the test I'm attaching in my msg ... He said I have infection and prescribed ofloxacin,drotaverine40mg twice , nitrofurantoin 100mg twice a day & disodium hydrogen citrate syrup ...I can feel lump like feeling just above my right testicle veins ...I feel slight pain after each 4-5 second like something is popping in veins ...i feel discomforted while peeing ... After taking these meds for 2 days the pain is bit less but there ... Is the treatment is currect ? I'm uploading the report

Had unprotected sex for 2nd time after loosing virginity at a gap of 2 months. I had sex on 19th April and took ipill almost after 24 hours. Since then I have pain in my abdomen,back and too much pain in legs. Feeling of vomiting,chakkar aana , ghabrat, burning sensation in urinary bladder while passing urine. Excessive urine ,bloating and weight gain around abdomen and hip area. I'm waking up 5 to 6 times at night for urine and also have started having constipation. Are these signs of pregnancy or what is happening to me ? I'm already on anti depressants from last 3 years and I took 1 pill each time within a gap of 2 months . Very much upset and unmarried. How can i get rid of this pain? Body feels too much tired and painful with alot of discomfort. Please guide.

I constantly feel sudden urge to take a breath from my mouth that causes fullness of chest and that breath feels incomplete. I have taken ecgs again and again it results in incomplete right bundle branch block and sinus Arythimia I am very scared my lipid profile is normal and my echo as well not taken a tmt because my doctor is not able to find what it is. My nasal breathing is fine but i still feel and urge to take a big breath my chest xray is also fine i am unable to figure out what is this. I too tend to feel my heart beating fast at times . I have mild hydronephrosis, since injury to stomach in nov 2020 which isn't healing, A doctor advised me drink 10 glass water every day but it increased my pain a lot, so i reduced my water intake and pain has got better and then in September 2021 I started medicine for scabies and tinea and then again my pain increased, I am on allopathy medicine since September for skin problem, skin problem has got better but at a very slow rate and it also increases my pain in kidney but from 2 weeks now whenever I eat medicine, i feel chest pain and a discomfort in breathe, so i think this is a indication that the medicine should be stopped as it's been very long but skin hasn't resolved yet. I also took ayurvedic medicine for mild hydronephrosis and skin disease from a doctor but it didn't provided any relief. Now I wanted to know Can my Mild hydronephrosis and skin diseases  be treated with ayurvedic medicine without any side effects. If yes How?? Please Help

Hi,my wife Was having Neck pain on back of Neck but after showing it to Our Regular Family Doctor & Taking his Medicines her pain Subsidized & Remained only 5%.After 8-10 days She took her Covieshield Second dose and from very Next day Her Neck pain on Back of Neck Spiked a lot That She is not even able to move her Neck.Not at all able to sleep,thn our Family Doctor prescribed ETOSHINR MR tablet Two times a day,After Taking 5 doses She is having only 10to15% Relief,But at time of Sleeping & Turning Around while Sleeping She is Having Very much Pain & While Getting Up also She is having Unbearable pain and Discomfort.Its Really Affecting her Day to Day Routine & As we Have Two Small kids it's getting Her Difficult to look after,Due to Severe Pain and Discomfort. Does Pain Got Back Because of Vaccine. Please Suggest me Why is it Paining her in Back of Neck and What should be fast Relief Treatment & Painkillers for instant Relief.
