I have pain in left upper back since 20 days, had swelling as well under the left shoulder blade. Pain is throbbing as well as pinching with an overall weakness in the left arm starting from palm to armpit. Feeling is causing discomfort in the left breast, armpits , upper back and complete arm. I am 33 year , old mother of 8month old baby and had issues with breastfeeding with limited feeding until 4 months of delivery with restrained milk produced from the left breast. I have hypothyroidism as medical condition.

Had panic with Covid issues and discomfort 3 weeks back and checked with Dr. Identified 160/110 mm Hg. Prescribed Amlogard-5mg and seklon 25 mg. After 14 days checked 150/100 mmHg , prescribed Amlogard-10mg and seklon 25mg to review after 2 months. Now my BP many times goes 115/71 mmHg , maximum observed was 135/87 mmHg. What to do with medication, should I continue medicine .....I do 5km jogging daily . Worried if BP goes down further by continuing medicine.

I am 11 weeks and 4 days pregnant today.I will be visiting the doctor for genetic scanning in the next week.Till 10th week I had horrible symptoms of pregnancy including nausea, vomitting, headache and excessive hunger. But since I entered my 11th week all these symptoms have vanished and I am feeling like I have nothing.Two days back I had excess hunger but today onwards that is also not there. I don't even feel any heaviness or discomfort in my abdomen. I am really scared.Is everything fine?Or its just that I am about to end my first trimester so I am feeling better. I had no bleeding too.

Hello doctor, since 15 days I had 2 attacks...like severe pain at left upper abdomen ..I consult a doctor in practo she told I have severe gastritis and taken 1 week medication.my medicine got over 3 days before. She told no medication required further only follow diet for 3 weeks..I have burping and stomach pain at early morning before passing stool but no problem after that and light pain like discomfort near right, left upper abdomen. I have taken 3 blood test all report are normal like LFT, serum lipase, sr. Amalyse. Pls suggest me...what to do.. except endoscopy. I am following diet avoiding spicy foods, doing walking and for now I am not talking any medicine

I have lumps in my arms, torso and thighs ,butts. Most of them cause pain. Earlier i had 2 or 3 painless lumps mostly in my tummy and back  for a long time. But recently i have developed around 25 lumps overall in my body which i can feel . These are very painful. Also i noticed that they grew in short span of time and i had debilitating pain in my muscles in thighs and back area at that period. At that time i didnt realise the cause of pain. I consulted doctor who prescribed painkillers and hetrazan among others. He said that these lumps are normal. The reports were also ok except vitamin d deficiency and hypothyroidism. Now after some time the pain has been limited to the lump site only. I feel a burning sensation in some of the lumps sometimes which is very discomforting. Please suggest remedy or any test that need to be done. Can these be cyst due to worms.

I have anxiety issues from last year. I have already done alot of work up from cardiologist but now last month i just started my job again and its in night shift. So during my office hours i feel back of head pressure and i feel dizzy when i m in standing position and cant concentrate on my work and feel like discomfort around my eyes so i decided to take wrist bp machine with me and took the bp in office 145/95 and it was high but at home bp is fine 115/65. This is happening since last month. When i felt relaxed from cardiologist side then this thing started to me headache and blood pressure fluctuations. I am not able to focus on my work. I feel lightheaded in office please advice what should i do??

Hi sir my self srikanth my question is i donated blood 2months ago from which date i donated blood their onwards my heart beating fastly and i ignored but after 1month my nails became brittle and i doubted and asked my family doctor and he said do ECG AND COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT and i did tests and result is ECG normal and blood count is also slightly normal he said use iron tablets no need to worry and my question is while using pulse Oximeter my heart rate is showing above 100 beats per minute sometimes and feeling discomfort in chest is it any serious to consult doctor???

I started feeling discomfort near anal area since last week. Its itchy outside and inside near canal , reddish swelled up , and a small lump can be seen or felt. Thr is no bleeding I feel its initial stage of piles. I m taking sitz bath , as it gives relives and stopped eating spicy food junk food etc as a precautionary measures I have constipation issues .. I had to emergency ecg n echo today due to sudden chest discomfort going down left arm and dizziness. Ecg was okay but echo not Plz explain diastolic dysfunction grade 1? Is it serious plz note I was in sinus tachycardia during echo! Does e n a waves merge and give false readings in that case? My deceleration time is 183 msec- very well within normal limits and ejection fraction is also fine Can heart which cant relax properly pump out blood so well? When shud I get it done again? Doctor said symptoms are from cervical spondylitis n not heart

My Father, aged 71, is struggling to pass motion since morning and hasn't since 2 days, he feels hard stools in the rectum. Tried few home remedies. He gets the urge to pass motion but doesn't release when squatting in toilet. His muscles around hip area is painful. He feels a little dizzy due to lack of sleep and discomfort the whole night. Regular medication: He is taking LUTEIN, a vitamin supplement for age related macular degeneration and NEUROKEM-M twice a day for Trigeminal Neuralgia. He took DULCOLAX tablet in the morning. Please advice.
