Hi, Echocardiogram is a diagnostic imaging procedure it should be interpreted along with clinical symptoms. As your doctor told echocardiogram parameters are within normal limits so dont worry. Sometimes diastolic relaxation abnormalities can be written as dysfunction. Due to anxiety your heart rate may be higher that time which may reflect in echocardiogram measurements.
