Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I have piles for the past 12-15 years without any bleeding or discomfort. Suddenly due to a major family crisis yesterday i had to travel a lot under huge stress for around 7-8 hours whereby i noticed the feeling of uneasiness outside of my rectum area. (I work from home which is why sit longs hours daily and honestly have been drinking less water lately.) I noticed the previous subsides piles have been swollen, is pink (previously it was flaccid and brown) and has white tip which is discharging watery colourless liquid (could be from rectum as well). Could anyone please guide me on what this could be? Pictures attached.

I had unprotected sex w my boyfriend on day 10 of my cycle. I had plan B immediately after (within 2 hrs) In the next few days, i developed a vaginal infection which was treated w strong heavy antibiotics over a course of 3 days. During this time I also started spotting, and have been spotting for 3 days with mild cramps, nausea and discomfort. Spotting was brown and clumpy initially and has now turned pinkish and reddish but not a lot of bleeding. I did bleed lightly for one day. Could this spotting be because of plan B or is this implantation bleeding. Can I take a pregnancy test right now to know for sure? How do I induce my periods of this isn't implantation bleeding.

Greetings- i have had 2 normal stress echos in past 2 years but still i suffer from angina symptoms- deep vague chest discomfort going till left shoulder.. have had many ecg during acute pain episode showing nothing.. The fear of heart disease is making my life hell.. i know about ct angio but avoiding it due to high radiation exposure.. Even my doc said he would have ordered if he noticed any slight abnormalities in stress echo but he didnt.. i havent been to gastro or ortho coz in mind its heart Am obese with high bp, no sugar/lipids/family history..

Three months ago, I began experiencing pain in my lower abdomen, predominantly on the right or left side. My doctor recommended I start taking Himalaya C-Stone tablets, which I have been using twice daily for almost three months now. Recently, I have been facing significant difficulty in urinating, particularly early in the morning or after waking up from sleep. Upon waking, I often feel an urgent need to urinate, but experience difficulty and pain during the process. This discomfort sometimes persists after urination. Interestingly, if I delay going to the washroom for a short while after waking up, the pain tends to subside

I am having hemorrhoid due to which I am having pain and burning sensation and little blood in stool during bowel movement and discomfort while in sit there are swelling around my Anus opening and few months back I consulted a doctor here in Practo and he prescribed few medicines like sitcom forte tablet, sitcom ointment for external application and cremaffin plus stool softener and hot water sitz bath and trenaxa 500 to stop bleeding and it was cured but again it has reoccur. should I take the same meds again? or should I take anything else on top it? Need a quick advice.

Due to waking up in night yesterday with nausea and chest heaviness. I did ecg and trop t yesterday. Reports are normal. Trop t was negative with 0.6 reading. Gas issue was also there i think, as i was burping. I am always concerned of cardiac issue. Now a days i feel imbalanced, feeling of falling down, discomfort in chest. Echo and tmt were done in second week of april and were normal. I am not able to figure it out whether it is gastric or heart issue. I can walk, run easily. Just now ran 1 kms. Pl guide.

I was sitting for a long time and then suddenly felt some discomfort near the anal region. On inspection I noticed a lump appeared. It was mildly painful for the first 4 days but now it's not painful and bothers me when I sit or stand for a long time. I could feel a drop of a hard lump. Does this require a surgical procedure or will it heal on its own? Since 1 week I am not seeing it decreases in size though pain has reduced.  There is no pain in pressing it now. Please suggest. After 5 months of gallbladder removal I am suffering acidity and gas problem. It's a horrible experience for me. I am worried about my digestion. After eating food I have acidity like stomach pain, back pain, shoulder pain, stomach discomfort, low energy sometimes loose motion, mushy stool. After 5 months of surgery I am not able to eat less oily food. It's like a struggle everyday to live a life. Is it normal? Could you please help me what should I do? I did endoscopy also . Reports are normal. Plz help. I lost 8 kgs after surgery because of stress and could not eat food.

I am having IBS M problem since last year July and taking medicine librax and IBSET from OCTOBER for left side abdomen discomfort and loose motion problem. Last week I have stopped my medicine and start ayurvedic medicine but my symptoms worsen. Then I took librax and IBSET again which created too much gas and bloating. My doctor prescribed me Rabo D capsule and Ulgel A syrup. But I have lost my appetite completely for last two days and feeling a little heavy on right side near liver. Can I take cypon syrup to increase appetite? Before this I have no issue regarding appetite.

Dear Doctor, Good Afternoon I have been suffering occasional anxiety issues from the past few years. But it has been agrevated alot in the past few months. I have sometime high heart rate when i am tensed or anxious. But one thing i have noticed more is that, whenever i visit a hospital for a regular checkup, i get nervous and when the nurse check bp using the machine, i am more getting more nervous and always thinks about that my bp will be high and what will i do if my bp rises and all. In the last few months i have visited 3 time in hospital bp reading were 140/80, 150/100, 150/90. But while i reach home i feel relaxed and no anxiousness. As per the blood pressure range, my bp seems to be on a higher range. I have never faced any heart problem like chest pain,discomfortness or nor breathing issue. Am i in need of bp medicines or it is a psychological problem that require psychiatry treatement?. Please help me.
