Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I have gas type or maybe hunger type feeling in my upper abdomen, you can say in middle of end of rib and belly button... it feels like gnawing there, no pain, but gassy feeling. My stool is normal, but yellow in colour and probably i need to go twice a day to get fully clear... i have done LFT it was completely normal, but why this gas is not going? I have done a course of rifaximin given by doctor as well as taking pan 40.. no pain just gassy feeling always, my farts are smelly too sometimes, and also this gas feeling usually subsides after i eat something. And also sometimes there will be a gugugud bubbling sound and this gas will go away.. i dont eat any junk food or spicy food, nor m i on any medications. Why is it happening? And my stool is yellowish since weeks, by the gastro doctor said its normal only... Please help, is this gastritis or any ulcer formed inside? I am yet to do usg. I ewt fibrous food and drink enough water too.

Hello sir my age 37, I’ve been COVID positive 15 days back, during Covid I got breathing difficulty like something is stuck in Center of rib cag due to which spo2 went till 90. Hrct- 10/25 I got recovered 15 days back still deep breath is not possible, also when I do pranayam , I do not feel that Center chest pain pain when deep breath from right nostril but felt left nostril and breath is also short when using left. From a week constant phelgem in throat which doesn’t comes out, my spo2 in upright position is 98, in a relaxed position it’s 95 and supine position it’s 93-92. When I suck the phelgem, my spo2 increases to 98. In sleep it might be less. What it could be which is causing pain and how much days it’ll take to go away, I slept in prone position in Covid and sleeping till now. Always kept on checking spo2 Please help me to recover form this chest obstruction and phelgem in throat.

In my cbc report every thing is fine accept these 4 things rdw cv = 16% pdw = 34 fl mpv= 15 fl and lymphocytes 54% platelets count = 186000 rbc = 5.37 m hb = 16 g/ dl wbc = 5140 does i neeed a doctor or its normal i have symptoms like headache (not very strong , comes and goes in seconds ) throat pain ( not very strong, come and goes in seconds ) chest pain ( both left right pain not severe comes and goes . under the ribs ( comes and goes in seconds abdominal ( at different locations for seconds increased burping and insomnia bp remains around 125 / 90 spo2 remains 95 - 98 dark brown or sligh blackish stools dizziness and feeling like I'm gonna die any moment but nothing happens. what shuld i do

Hi, In February'21 my routine health checkup indicated I have high bilirubin - total bilirubin - 1.72mg/dl. Consulted physician and took Livopill for 10 days then repeated LFT test with HBsAg. Result came Total Bilirubin - 1.62, direct - 0.63 , indirect - 0.99 rest all was normal. HBsAg - non reactive. Doctor suggested me to take Vitamin E i.e Ensules plus for 1 month with rekool d. Repeated test today. Total bilirubin - 1.79, direct - 0.50 , indirect - 1.29, globulin - 2.2, A/G ratio - 2.2 rest all normal. I sometime feel pain below my right side ways rib cage. I have not eaten any fried foods, any meat or milk items from past 1 month with strict diet. Should I be concern on this, kindly help should I consult specialist now?

‌ Pain in the lower left side of the belly button and rib cage. ‌It stays almost all the time. ‌In case of acute pain , sort of heat wave start to rise from the lower back along with knife stabbing pain in either right side of the shoulder or left side. And then it spreads to legs , affecting the left side greater than the other. ‌Pain can also be felt in the left buttock bone specially is a sitting position. Pine and needle pain in the left leg, weird sensation is felt . Frequent burping,‌Burping or passing wind might relief a little but then again the pain comes back . ‌At times it feel like wind has got trapped in intestine and an urge of defecation comes which rarely help in getting over the pain. ‌Have not faced the issue of acidity though. ‌Get bruises easily . ‌Loss of appetite occurs when the pain is there. ‌Suffer from fatigue , dizziness, lack ofsleep and concentration. ‌Surpisingly this pain subsides just a week before menstruation. Though during the period it comes back.

Hello respected Doctors Good afternoon. I have been diagnosed with severe magnesium deficiency. I have chest pain, shortness of breath,pain in rib cage points, shoulder pain, palpitations in throat upper chest.leg cramps. Pls note My ecg, 2D echo and tmt is normal. Also my x-ray with pft is normal. I don't have bp or thyroid issues. I am not diabetic. My serum creatinine is 0.93. HB is 12.5. Vitamin D is 20 and b12 is 250. How can I overcome this with magnesium suppliments. And which one to take and for how long? I am in anxiety too. Pls help me dear Doctors. I am 35 yrs old unmarried female. On 3rd April After hitting my hard penis on the hard side pillow my right side lower external oblique aponeurosis muscle tear some upper portion tissue . then I lying right side on bed and my right hand support my head in that position. Every day lying that position and  after that external oblique  aponeurosis tissue tear .I think when  recovery that position,  muscle get hardened and take the total right side external oblique muscle stretch because I  Don't understand and lying right side give hand to support my head.  So, external oblique muscle take slightly round angle shape and it pulling right rib . So I feel all time uncomfortable sitting, sleeping, bending, walking. And when wake up in the morning after few minutes my muscle getting stiffness and whole right side abdomen muscle and backside of right side up to spinal cord getting tighten. Actually on 3rd April after hitting my erected penis on the hard side pillow some tearing of lower part external oblique muscle right side. That time I don't understand what happened. So, I searching of the problem in the laptop lying on bed on the right side. After 10 days I feel pain in right side lower rib and feel some stretch in right side abdomen muscle.after few days the pain goes backside .now the my I feel upto spinal cord. I think new muscle formation of right abdomen is got tighten. It is already 4 months . Now I have problem to movement right and left. Muscle got tighten when walking sitting, walking and sleeping. It already 4 months still I am not recover. Tell me what to do and any medicine. My right side external oblique muscle shape change. Now it is like muscular body ripped shape . Actually after hitting my penis in the side pillow which was hard some upper tissue tear in right side lower external oblique muscle.it is happen on 3rd April. I am having abdomen issues since march and firstly homoeopathy dr identified it as dyspepsia with gastritis and provided treatment which had few effect too. Then week before i went in allopathy and the dr diagnosed it as infection and provided antibiotic ornof and veloz 20 for gastritis issues. Before going to allopathic dr i am noticing some problem below the right rib near the curve of last bone ofrib and extending to some 1 or 1.5 inches downwards I feel as if there is some swelling though not really visible from outside and also when i push it inside i feel hardness but no pain. For confirmation i tried it on left side also but there is no such issues. I also told about swelling like thing to allopathic dr but i didn't got a response as if the dr thought it's normal. It's second day today after completing antibiotic treatment and he prescribed me veloz 20 for 5 more days but i feel symptoms repeating like little cramps, semi solid stool, Loud burps. Is that thing serious?no alcohol
