External oblique muscle is tighten
On 3rd April After hitting my hard penis on the hard side pillow my right side lower external oblique aponeurosis muscle tear some upper portion tissue . then I lying right side on bed and my right hand support my head in that position. Every day lying that position and  after that external oblique  aponeurosis tissue tear .I think when  recovery that position,  muscle get hardened and take the total right side external oblique muscle stretch because I  Don't understand and lying right side give hand to support my head.  So, external oblique muscle take slightly round angle shape and it pulling right rib . So I feel all time uncomfortable sitting, sleeping, bending, walking. And when wake up in the morning after few minutes my muscle getting stiffness and whole right side abdomen muscle and backside of right side up to spinal cord getting tighten. So, tell how correct my slightly round bent external oblique muscle which  Was getting hard, how. The total situation slowly happen almost
