I had a large mouth ulcer one month back..with time it got reduced and became painless..now i have the small scar which is still present..i have consulted with multiple oral radiology and surgery .They said that the duct of salivary gland is infected..thats why the redness is still there.and there is a sharp molar teeth which is hitting the spot all the time..there is no pain or discomfort whatsoever...how long it to take to heal? I am very stressed now..I am attaching the current picture of the wound.

I manually stretch the foreskin gently backward and forward when cleaning the penis from last 3 months when i read about phimosis because my forskin is tighten so I do. Now my forskin separates from glans and from last week i feel sensitivity and discomfort from my glans when it touch the underware and skin. Now i want my tighten forskin back is it possible or is there any solution. I'm 29 years old.

My newborn burps even after 1. Hour of feeding and gets wake up. I have to pay him s back for 30 min and have to see if he want to burp. She keeps her mouth open. First two three burps are good but other are not do clear like broken burps. After 15 min even if she burped if I lay down flat he starts feeling discomfort. Is this silent reflux or normal swallowed air. He was born 3 kg and after 1.5 month he is 4.2 kg.

On admission sugar level found 500 and blood pressure 203/127. The doctor suggest implant of CRTD to improve her levf and prevention of sudden heart attack. Is implant is necessary or there is any alternative or not..

My 23 days old girl, once in every 3 days feels so much burping while feeding. She is hungry but can't eat due to burping plus she is not full tummy plus because of crying her sleep gets disturbed. Otherwise she is feeding and sleeping baby. She burps 30 times and still feels discomfort while feeding. This is not daily but once in 3-4days. She cries because of gases. What is the issue

When my palm is making 90degree angle with my hand there is a sharp pain near the thumb joint(attached picture to show exact location) . I had a minor  accident 2 years back when i had fell from my scooted and landed on wrists . There always was some discomfort but now it's a bit more on right hand i cant freely rotate wrists .can't do pushups or similar exercises. I am a guitar player and very worried about this situation. From few months felling discomfort felling on stomach not through out day , sometimes of the day. Gas happen and came out through mouth. After taking food more gas created and fullness felling. Some time some  irritated felling on back side. What medicine need to take. Which disease this one. one month back same felling happen , doctor prescribed me rabedol dsr capsule. From past 10 days I'm experiencing pain in the right breast, neck shoulder back and arm. Both the breast are of same size but there is some kind of discomfort when I touch my right breast. I cannot differentiate whether the pain is originating from the back or from the breast. Sometimes it pains when I breathe heavily.When I apply volini I find some relief. I had my periods on 12 of Nov and I thought the pain will go away sooner but still the condition is same. Can it be due to some cyst in the breast. Is this issue serious?
