Burping and reflux
My newborn burps even after 1. Hour of feeding and gets wake up. I have to pay him s back for 30 min and have to see if he want to burp. She keeps her mouth open. First two three burps are good but other are not do clear like broken burps. After 15 min even if she burped if I lay down flat he starts feeling discomfort. Is this silent reflux or normal swallowed air. He was born 3 kg and after 1.5 month he is 4.2 kg.

Dear parents, According to me hold the baby in one arm keeping his head at elbow joint and the buttocks in the palm of same arm and feed the baby for 15to20minutes. Hold the baby outer palm in between the thumb and index finger and press the palm when ever baby sleep or stop feeding. After feeding put the baby on left shoulder and pat just behind stomach level for 5mintues to burpe. Baby burp 3to5times. After burping lay down the baby onright side of the baby putting a pillow below head maintaining that head is above level of stomach. Don't feed baby in lap. Don't pat over shoulder of baby or rub.
